The July 2016 issue of The Legend features Maylon R. Schuh’s “Great GTOs, Old & New,” specifically, his Impulse Blue 2004, which he and his wife Bonnie purchased from their son-in-law in 2011. “Everything on the car is like new,” he says. “It has just turned over 15,000 miles. It’s very solid and still has the new interior smell, like the day in 2005 when I first sat in it. I really wanted a 2004 GTO because my wife has our 1964 GTO. When we get that restored we’ll have the first year of the original generation GTO and the first year of the new generation GTO. We’ll be using them together in parades and auto shows.”
Also in the July issue: “Membership FAQs” with Beth Butcher; “A BIG Collection of Little GTOs” with Frank Thompson; “1967 GTO Carburetor Tags” with Jon Hardgrove, “SVGTO All-Pontiac Show 2015” with Bill Vantuono, and “Basic Electric Fuel Pump Installation” with Steve Schaeffer.
All this and more in the July 2016 issue of The Legend, the only national automotive magazine devoted exclusively to Pontiac’s Great One!
