2025 GTOAA Nationals Convention Updates
HOTEL: We’ve added some more rooms to our convention block, so if you’re thinking of attending, please get your room booked ASAP. It will help if you have some flexibility with your room choice (King Beds are limited).
ACTIVITIES: There are a lot of activities to choose from, and some have minimum attendance limits that we have to meet. If there’s not enough sign-ups before the event’s drop-dead date, we might have to eliminate one (or more) and disappoint people. Check the schedule of events over and get registered so we can ensure these events are locked-in and available.
BRISTOL MOTOR SPEEDWAY: If you plan to participate by driving your car (or truck) on the track, remember the group leaves the hotel at 9:15AM. We suggest you pack a lunch and extra water as the track’s food facilities will not be open.
